
Voiceless needed to expand its fundraising catchment by identifying and engaging high-capacity, animal-protection–aligned donors in Queensland. We aggregated leads from Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, the Charity Register, and media releases, then applied a hybrid manual QA process to validate roles, contact details, and cause affinity. The deliverable is an Excel workbook of 179 prospects, each scored for giving capacity and tagged by sector, location, and interest areas, ready for direct import into Voiceless’s CRM and immediate outreach planning.
Our Solution
We implemeneted Multi-Source Harvesting by querying Apollo, Sales Navigator, RocketReach, Charity Register, and press releases against animal-welfare keywords. We proceeded with Rigorous Manual Verification by cross-checking every record on ASIC registers, organisational websites, and LinkedIn to confirm role, email accuracy, and explicit animal-cause engagement. Next, we conducted Contact Enrichment & Scoring by assigning each prospect a 1–10 capacity/affinity score, tagging by industry, city, and thematic interests, and appending personalised “Approach Notes” and recent social-media signals to guide outreach.
