Hello Bridges scoped the problem for Voiceless, auditing the platforms they already had access too and outlining possible paths forward. We recommended a bespoke Gravity Form & Stripe solution — making fuller use of a pre-existing solution and balancing customisation options with maintainability. To ensure Voiceless got great long-term outcomes, we also wrote an extensive technical handover document to guide Voiceless' future Salesforce and web development partners in maintaining the form. Finally, we got them started with a brand new FAQ page, using a custom layout to draw more attention to the donation form.
